How do I upload my 3D model for printing?
Simply use our instant quote tool to upload your STEP, STL or OBJ file to get a price which you can add to cart. If you don’t have a 3D file try browsing our collections page for online sources.
What materials are available for printing?
We offer high-quality FDM and resin materials suitable for various projects. We regularly update our material and colour range based on our available stocks. We strive to offer you a wide range of options.
How fast is the delivery within the UK?
Orders are typically shipped within 5 business depending on the size or complexity of your model. Where possible we dispatch within just 48 hours. Shipping is free when using our instant quotes.
Can I make changes to my model after ordering?
You can contact us promptly to discuss any modifications before printing starts. Once printing has begun changes can no longer be made to the order.
Is there a minimum or maximum order quantity?
We welcome orders of any size, from single prototypes to large batches. We believe we can offer cost effective solutions compared to injection moulding for quantities up to 1000 units.
Can quotes be provided for project and contract work?
Yes, we can provide manual quotes for larger projects above £200. contact us via email to make a formal request. Please include appropriate 3D files, colour schemes and materials in your request.
What additional printing related services can you provide?
We can offer high resolution 3D scanning, multi colour and/or material printing, and post processing such as vapour smoothing and fixture insertions, as part of any formal RFQ (request for quote).
What additional supply chain services can you offer?
We can support Designers, Businesses and OEMs by manufacturing and drop shipping products direct to your customers. We can even ship using packaging and invoices that you provide.
Do you accept NDAs prior to sharing confidential designs?
Yes we are happy to work with NDAs when requested. MORSH 3D do not design and/or sell our own products, so you can be assured any designs shared will only ever be used to print products for you, and will be treated with the upmost confidentially at all times.
Do you sell products on your shop?
Yes, upon agreement with designers & OEMs we can sell printed products via our shop. The price is based on our costs plus your preferred mark up. Fees are then paid to design owners on a monthly basis based on the pre agreed mark up and number of products sold. You manage the online marketing and we fulfil the orders.
Do you offer deferred payment options?
We offer Klarna as a payment option at checkout, which includes deferred or flexible payments. For large B2B contracts we are open to discussing alternative payment terms as per your procurement policies stated in any RFQ submissions.
Are the any items you won’t print?
If we receive RFQs to print items beyond our printer & material capabilities, we will quickly confirm we are unable to meet your requirements. Any instant quote orders for items deemed illegal such as weapons will be cancelled and refunded.
